All therapies and readings are on a pay as you go basis. This means that you should be prepared to pay for each session or appointment before you leave the clinic.

Due to the fact that missed appointments cost time and money and prevent others from getting appointments we now request a full postal address when booking. This is to enable us to invoice 50% of the cost of the appointment when we are not notified of absence prior to appointment. We ask that where possible enough time is given when appointments cannot be attended to allow us time to re-book the appointment slot. However we are aware that sometimes this may not be possible.

You may be requested to change your appointment at fairly short notice in either unforeseen circumstances or where your therapist or tutor is sick.

Due to the fact that we have a lot of both children and elderly people visit the clinic who may be vulnerable we ask that anyone who feels unwell or shows signs of having a contagious disease or virus notify us immediately. In these circumstance we will respectfully ask that you re-arrange your appointment. If this happens we undertake to re-book your appointment within 2/3 weeks maximum unless circumstances make this impossible.

We have a hand sanitizer stand at the entrance to the clinic and ask that everyone please use this both on entry and exit from the clinic in order to protect themselves and others.

Parking is unrestricted on the street outside the clinic and is also available on the drive. Please note that if parking on the drive that we take no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage.

If enrolled on a teaching course  we ask that you maintain a reasonable level of personal hygeine as you will be in close proximity to others for extended periods of time.

If anyone on the teaching courses if found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or show any sign of aggression or disruption to the group they will be asked to leave immediately. Please note that in these circumstance no refunds will be given

We will not condone  any form of business promotion or advertising of other business or course during a teaching course. If you want to promote yourself or others then please exchange numbers and do this in your own time. If however you cover services not covered by the clinic and that do not oppose or contradict services supplied by the clinic and these services are of an ethical nature then please ask and we may be able to display your cards or brochures in the clinic.
